I didnt talk to anyone it kept saying to use the app or they would contact me via email but it was the wrong email and I needed it to be changed

I used this app years ago and it worked great, now it is absolutely worthless. My transactions are processing so long until they expire.
I haven't had a single transaction actually go through since I started using the app again. My account is not suspended, I'm using the correct card, no receipt is required and I've gone through their phone number with absolutely no help. No one to talk to.
Do not use Upside anymore. It's absolutely worthless and disgusting they are still running.

It's happened a few times now, I purchase fuel and close out my transaction with Upside. Then I go inside the store to make another transaction, hit the 'make another transaction' button, purchase, and end my transaction on the app.
I'm credited with my fuel transaction but my in-store transaction is still processing and I never get credit for that. Do I need to keep every receipt from now on?

- You dont always get your cash back you cant reach them by phone

My name is Samuel Anastasia I have cashed out 36 dollar for a Dunkin donut card I received from you it read click here to get barcode for Dunkin Donuts card Ive tried so manytimes to click on it with no results to click on it to receive my $36 dollar gift card please help me out with this matter I feel Im out of the $36 card I earned this with so many purchases to be stuck on this that I cant get my electrionic card

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Site wasn't working, nothing I could do, just lost money back. In the future, remember where and keep receipts so I have proof of purchase.

Kinda hard to use the app when it's not working. No one to get a hold of, nothing.
I lost a lot of days and money back. 24-"48 hours for someone to get back to me, doesn't help. Should have someone on this. I would like the site fixed or I am deleting app.

Hi, I got this app about a month and a half ago and I have used it three times now the first time I used it, I got a notification. It would be ready in 1 to 2 business days.
It never came through. Then I got an email about two weeks later saying it would take another week. It never came through. Then I used it a second time after getting gas and it said itd be ready in 2 to 4 business days, it never came through.
I just used it for the third time after getting gas and now Im skeptical whether its even going to come or not. I go to my lifetime earnings to see if any money has come back yet and it said I had zero earnings. It said the first time I use the app is now expired because you guys took too long to process my money back. I would like my money back from all three times.
I have used this app. I know two people now that have the app and have gotten money back , Every single time theyve use the app.
I would like to see what we can do about this as soon as possible. Thanks.

Why arent my circle k purchases working all my all purchases other place are working for the card on file and back in October my card on file worked and now all of a sudden its not working why I just realized probably why they arent working is the changed the name look at receipts that I sent pics of they have the same address not sure if that is why but that is the only thing different
Incorrect email on my account
I cashed out a $20 dominos gift card. They sent it to my email, however, the upside app does not have my correct email!
I dont know how to access this random private email as I didnt ever put that in. My correct email is kiaraterry2003@***.com
