You should have the receipt that is on file because it said to just download, which was recommended. I'm highly disappointed with this; this is unsatisfactory, and I don't appreciate having to go through this much trouble just to get cash back on a purchase I made at IGA grocery store in Benson, North Carolina.

Customer service is terrible. The site is generally good. But,trying to get a customer service reply is impossible.
I referred someone to Upside. We were supposed to get $17 each.
He got his, but I did not. I did get my 10¢ for his purchase, so I know they got my invite code.

Hi, I drove about 7 miles out of my way to visit this Shell station based on the app's advertisement for prices on fuel. I got to the fuel station and the prices of the fuel were much higher than advertised on your app.
The diesel price did match your app. I use midgrade fuel and I was outside and hoped that what was being advertised was correct, but it was not today.
I was overcharged for my fuel. I need to speak with someone; please have someone contact me either by phone or email: 817-800-****.

I was never able to speak to anyone so that is why you got the email requesting that the photo I sent attached to my claim. I got an automated message that said select a number for the service I needed and I pressed it with several other attempts and the line kept cutting off with no one answering. Not at all satisfying.
